Most new homes come with a one-year warranty. It is recommended that you have your home inspected during the 11th month before your warranty expires. All the materials used in your new home need time to dry out, settle in, and breathe. The home will have experienced various weather conditions during this time, so it's normal for some adjustments and repairs to be required. It is important to document these deficiencies before your warranty expires. A warranty inspection by our Certified Master Inspector (CMI) will be performed to the same high standards as our pre-purchase inspection. TXR Inspections will provide you with a detailed report that you can provide to your builder before your warranty expires.

Here is what you can expect from your home inspection:

We inspect all visible and readily accessible areas of the residence, and systems.
