Pre-Purchase Inspections
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment most people ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection from an experienced, licensed and qualified inspector. The inspector will be able to discover and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple repairs, to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Do you want an inspector that just meets that state-required standards, or one that will inspect your home like they are the one buying it? At TXR inspections you will receive a thorough and detailed inspection, with integrity. We will spend however much time is needed to perform your inspection right, we inspect to a standard not a time frame. Our reports are easy-to-read and understand PDFs with sample photos of all deficiencies noted.
We are constantly training to ensure we can deliver the most modern techniques and technologies for your inspection. From thermal cameras to drones and foundation levels, we've got you covered. You can trust us to bring years of experience to the table.
We're here to help you gather information so you can make an informed decision about your potential home purchase. We encourage all clients to attend the inspection, this will allow you to directly and clearly communicate with your inspector any concerns or input you have about the home. You can also come near the end of the inspection for a summary and walkthrough of your potential new home if you can't attend the whole inspection. However, we understand that our clients can't always attend, and our office can document any concerns or questions you have and get them to your inspector. We will have your report to you within 24 hours of the inspection, and we are always available for a free phone consultation to go over the report and ensure you are comfortable with the information contained in it.
