Daniel proudly served our country in two branches of the U.S. Military (USCG & Army). Spending the majority of his military career in Aviation, first as an avionics technician on HH-60s, then as a AH-64D pilot. He developed an attention to detail few can rival. After sustaining injuries in Afghanistan in 2011, Daniel was returned to Fort Hood. Undergoing surgery and rehabilitation, Daniel received an Honorable discharge in 2015. Unfortunately, Daniels career as a pilot was over. Daniel found that performing home inspections was ideally suited to his meticulous nature and keen eye. The desire to serve others still drives Daniel, he takes pride in the level of integrity and attention to detail he puts into every inspection. Helping his clients to make an informed decision. Daniel often says "Now that's something a man can hang his hat on" when talking about helping people.
Daniel is a licensed professional inspector, the highest license available in the great state of Texas. As well as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Daniel is a full time professional inspector, this is not a part time business or side hustle. Daniel honed his craft for years working at a multi inspector firm, then eventually founding TXR inspections. Daniel attends training classes several times a year, and is always striving to improve our techniques, procedures, and technology to ensure you receive the best inspection. Daniel drives our mission to provide the best inspections in Texas.
Daniel has been married to his wife Trish for over two decades, both spend their free time on their 20 acre ranch. They enjoy their fur babies, and back porch swing. Daniel volunteers with multiple charities and serves on a charitable board. Their two children are both currently attending college in Waco.
